Latex High Gloss Enamel

	Dunham�s Latex Interior High Gloss Enamel provides an extremely durable high gloss finish, suitable for all interior surfaces of wood, metal and masonry. Produces a long lasting protective coating that is weather and fade resistant easy to maintain resists chipping and rusting. Dunham�s Latex Interior High Gloss Enamel contains no lead or mercury compounds.

Surface Preperation:

Surface must be cleaned, dry and free of grease, dirt, mildew, wax, loose particles and rust. Dull Glossy areas with fine sandpaper. Remove dust with tack cloth and spot paint all adjusted areas. New Wood: Sand smooth and remove dust with tack cloth. Apply first coat and allow to dry 4 hours, then apply topcoat. Previously Painted Surfaces: Cleaned and lightly sand to remove glossy areas. Remove dust with tack cloth and spot paint all adjust areas. Apply enough enamel to coat entire surface. New Wallboard or Plaster: Prime with a quality primer and allow to dry. Finish with one or two coat of Dunham�s Latex Interior High Gloss Enamel. Metal Surfaces: Remove rust and loose pain by scraping or with a wire brush. Clean and then prime with rust inhibitive metal primer. Finish with one or two coats of Dunham�s Latex Interior High Gloss Enamel.

Application:

Stir before use. Apply by brush, short nap roller, airless or conventional spray gun. Do not apply in temperatures below 50 degrees F. In cold water bring to at least 50 degrees F before applying. Do not start an exterior paint job if rain is expected in the next 24 hours.

Coverage:

This will cover approximately 400-500 square feet (37.10-46.4 square meters) per gallon over smooth surfaces, 350-400- square feet per gallon over unsealed surfaces.

Drying Time:

Normally dries to touch in 1-2 hours. High humidity and/or low temperatures may prolong drying time.

CleanUp:

Cleans spills burshes, roller and equipment with soap and warm water.

Caution:

DO NOT TAKE INTERNALLY. CLOSE CONTAINER AFTER EACH USE USE ONLY WITH ADEQUATE VENTILATION KEEP FROM FREEZING. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

Warnining:

If you scrape sand or remove old paint, you may release lead dust. LEAD IS TOXIC, EXPOSURE TO LEAD DUST CAN CAUSE SERIOUS ILLNESS, SUCH AS BRAIN DAMAGE, ESPECIALLY IN CHILDREN. PREGNANT WOMEN SHOULD ALSO AVOID EXPOSURE. Wear a NIOSH-approved respirator to control lead exposure. Clean up carefully with a HEPA vacuum and a wet mop.
